Learning Point, our online learning tool, will enable you to manage your learning. Nearly 100 courses are available and we are looking to build on that portfolio. We have our own range of courses covering topics such as presentation skills, commercial awareness, foundation design and managing environmental risks. We also believe courses promoting interpersonal skills are important, as you’ll often have to liaise and work alongside clients from an early stage in your career.
Our professional development schemes have been accredited and approved by key engineering institutions. Our development programme provides the optimal level of learning opportunities for our graduates; it encourages and supports them in achieving the standards required by their relevant professional institutions, or in obtaining qualifications in their specialised discipline. We supports graduates in our core disciplines to help them achieve chartership, while all our graduates can benefit from their valuable advice and guidance.
We have structured training schemes for the Institution of Civil Engineers, Institution of Engineering and Technology, Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers and Chartered Institute of Water and Environment Management.
