Meet our graduates

Jermaine Low

Jermaine Low
I came to Mott MacDonald’s York office as a graduate electrical engineer after completing my BEng in electrical and electronic engineering at the University of Leeds. Before this I gained an advanced diploma in engineering at Inti College Penang Malaysia.

Since joining Mott MacDonald I've been gaining experience through the Institution of Engineering and Technology accredited graduate training programme. This has included providing construction support, assisting the lead project engineers on several National Grid projects and project management responsibilities for the Robin Rigg offshore wind farm in the Solway Firth.

My colleagues are very friendly. They helped me to settle in when I first moved to York and they continue to offer me valuable assistance in my ongoing career development.

The York office sports and social club’s weekly badminton, football and squash sessions are supplemented by events such as clay pigeon shooting, gliding lessons and dragon boat race.
