I’ve only been with Mott MacDonald for around a year, but what a time it’s been! Every project differs and you get the chance to work with different teams and disciplines every time.

There’s always the opportunity to put your ideas forward and you get the chance to do this irrespective of seniority of experience.

I’ve been involved in many projects at different levels and in a variety of roles, from designing drainage systems to meeting with representatives from the department of Trade and Industry. I’ve also been able to familiarise myself with procedures and software that provide innovative ways to solve design issues.

At Mott MacDonald you’re never alone. It’s always possible to access the wealth of knowledge available in other disciplines, divisions or even countries, and the internal procedures ensure you never produce anything that will compromise your professional integrity or the quality or the quality of the project.
