It is the large diversity of people, skills and work at Mott MacDonald that I truly appreciate the most. Along with the range of disciplines, you’ll find skilled staff willing to give advice and support on every facet in the field of management, engineering and development. It’s this combination which brings variety to our experience here.

Outside of office hours, we enjoy Croydon social life through our sports and social clubs. For those with a sporting disposition, joining the football, cricket or tennis clubs is a great way of meeting like-minded people. Away from the sports arena there are great social events throughout the year. The Croydon Office Graduate Society (COGS) is an ideal way for anyone who wants to get together and swap stories away from the office. With representatives on each floor and close links with the London offices, it’s hard not to get involved and have a memorable time!

The offices here are a short walk from East and West Croydon stations, which have excellent transport connections. This makes work easy to get to, whether travelling from central London or the south Coast. The bustling town centre is a few mere minutes away and provides all the shops, restaurants and pubs you would expect from a large town.

With the opportunity to work on a range of projects, in a friendly office atmosphere, I have thoroughly enjoyed the last two years working at Mott MacDonald and look forward to many more!
